Arizona Trail Maintenance – Sahuarita Road
Join us for basic brushing, tread repair and drainage on this popular and scenic portion of the AZT! The ATA will provide tools, personal protective equipment (PPE) and snacks. Volunteers just need to provide the energy to give back in the beautiful outdoors! We'll meet at the Sahuarita Road Trailhead (junction of Rt 83). Las Cienegas Trail Maintenance Day
Help the Arizona Trail Association in its ongoing quest to maintain the Arizona National Scenic Trail. This event is sponsored by our Trail Steward, Jim Hugo. We'll meet at 7am at the Sahuarita Road trailhead and work on brushing and maintaining the drains on the trail. Plan on hiking between 1 and 2 miles carrying tools and doing basic trail work.
