SEAZ (Southeast Arizona) Outdoors is a collaboration of public land management agencies and NGOs who have partnered to promote volunteerism and stewardship of public lands and other open spaces in Southeastern Arizona, in addition to showcasing all of the natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and environmental resources the Sky Islands region has to offer.
After several years of strategic planning, SEAZ Outdoors was officially launched in March 2017. SEAZ Outdoors maintains a website with a stewardship events calendar and partner directory, provides volunteer support to partner organizations, and facilitates volunteer appreciation and educational events in southeastern Arizona.
Mission
SEAZ Outdoors promotes volunteerism, stewardship, and environmental awareness on public ands through collaboration with land managers, partner organizations, and the recreation, conservation, business, and public lands communities.
