4/7/2019 Enchanted Hills Build Day

Help SDMB and Pima County NRPR complete a nearly 7-mile expansion of the trails in Tucson Mountain Park by volunteering at Enchanted Hills. Now that machine building and complete and the AmeriCorps NCCC team is finished, it’s time to start on the hand-built singletrack, which includes the climbing trail to the top of the Tech Trail, an intermediate trail below the stone house, and the loop trail on the east side of the site.

Meet at the 36th St. Trailhead (from Mission & 36th, follow 36th St. W and it dead ends at the TH) at 8:00 AM and plan on working until noon. Volunteers need to bring work gloves, water, and snacks and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. SDMB will provide tools and post-work refreshments. Please note that there is limited parking; if possible, carpool.
