Beat Back Fountain Grass – Camping Trip

Join us as we backpack into Bear Canyon on our quest to REMOVE INVASIVE FOUNTAIN GRASS.

BACKGROUND

Our work to remove fountain grass and other invasive plants from Bear Canyon first began back in 2014! Over the years we have been working our way up the canyon removing invasives and planting native plants in our wake. Now we are kicking this project up a notch and starting work in some of the higher, more rugged reaches of the canyon. Join us as we backpack into Sycamore Reservoir along the Arizona Trail, and help us start a new round in our battle against invasive grasses in the Catalinas.
