3/11/17 Hohokam Trail Build Day

We’re finished with the first 6.5-mile loop at McKenzie Ranch, and now we’re working on the first 3.4 miles of the Hohokam Trail to connect McKenzie to the Arizona Trail! The Sweco and mini-excavator have made their passes and we need volunteers for finish work to get the trial buffed and ready to go. Meet at the McKenzie Ranch TH at 8AM, and plan on working until noon. Plan on more than a mile of hiking each way. All volunteers should bring water, snacks, and work gloves, and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. SDMB will provide post-work refreshments.
We will have the gate open after the build day in case folks want to get a lap in at McKenzie. You can also ride your bike in to the build site.
Directions will be emailed to participants prior to the event.
