Buffelgrass Removal Catalina State Park – CANCELLED

When: Sat. April 4th, 8-12 noon
Where: Equestrian Center parking lot. Park on left side by horse corrals and then meet at the trailhead picnic tables.
What: Dig Buffelgrass starting from the 50 Year Trailhead. Exact site will be determined by weather and number of volunteers. Maximum hiking distance 1.3 miles. Work off trail.
Wear: Sturdy shoes, long pants, hats, sunscreen
Bring: 2 liters of water, snacks
Extra: We supply gloves and tools (pick-mattocks, digging bars). Win a baby saguaro in our raffle! Get stickers!
We cannot wait for late-comers, but you are free to leave early if you cannot stay the entire time.
