Catalina State Park Buffel Slayers

Help us remove invasive and flammable buffelgrass from beautiful Catalina State Park. We have monthly group events, November through April, 8 am to 12 pm. Buffelgrass can weaken and kill saguaros and palo verdes and crowd out wildflowers. Do not let the Sonoran Desert become an African savannah!
Meet: Catalina State Park, Equestrian Center
Bring: 2 Liters of water, snacks, sun protection
Wear: Sturdy boots or shoes, long pants, long-sleeved shirt, hat
We provide: Instruction, digging tools, gloves
