Catalina State Park Buffel Slayers

Help the Catalina State Park Buffel Slayers dig out invasive buffelgrass from beautiful Catalina State Park. Protect our saguaros, palo verdes, wildflowers, and scenic vistas. They work one Saturday per month, November through April. Special events for your group can also be arranged to fit your schedule. Without your help, we will lose the Sonoran Desert we love as it becomes a highly flammable African savanna. The infestation is too large to expect government agencies to control it, but if all Tucsonans spent just one morning we could save our saguaros!
