Catalina State Park Buffelgrass Dig

April 2, 2022 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Meeting Location: TBA depending upon the weather. Those that sign up will receive information about the meeting location in the Park several days prior, by email. Expect to hike at least 30 minutes to the dig site.
Tools Provided: pick-mattocks, digging bars, hand picks, work gloves
Bring: 2 Liters of water, snack, your own gloves (if preferred), sunscreen, trekking pole (opt.)
Wear: Long pants, sunshirt, sunglasses, sun hat, sturdy hiking shoes or boots
Additional Information: Get into the park for free! We have another baby saguaro to raffle off to a good home! Attend and receive a chance to win a one-gallon saguaro from the Pima County Native Plant Nursery.
