Redington Road Trail Work Day

December 5, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Sponsored by Summit Hut and Erem Footwear!

Join the ATA, Coronado National Forest, Summit Hut and Erem Footwear for a day of trail work and fun in the rolling hills of Redington Pass.

Our plan for the day is to work on the trail south-bound from the Redington Trailhead clearing brush, repairing tread issues and restoring proper drainage. This is one of the more heavily traveled pieces of Arizona Trail, and we want it to be in top shape to we can show off it’s stunning beauty!

Lunches will be provided.

The Coronado National Forest Santa Catalina Ranger District has been home to Indigenous communities for time immemorial, including the Tohono O’odham, Akimel O’odham and Apache Ndee/Nnēē.

COVID Note:

The ATA will be continuing COVID protocols until such measures have been deemed unnecessary by the appropriate officials. The Summary document instructs volunteers to refrain from participation in any AZT actvity if they have symptoms of or believe they may have been recently exposed to COVID-19. Please monitor your own health regularly and let us know if any thing changes prior to or immediately after the event.
