SAVE OUR SAGUAROS – Tucson Mountain Park

Description: We will hike a little way out into the desert to pull a couple of large patches of buffelgrass. Be prepared for rocky terrain and thorny plants.
Meeting Location: Pull-out K19 off of Kinney Rd. It is about 1.1 miles from the intersection of Gates Pass Rd and Kinney.This pullout is not huge, so consider carpooling if possible.

Volunteers: 15 registered out of a total capacity of 25

Bring: Water and Snacks
Wear: Closed toed shoes, long pants, long sleeves, and a hat.
